Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients, employees, and visitors. The Security Officer will monitor premises, conduct regular patrols, and ensure compliance with security regulations.
*This role does require a clean driver's license*
Schedule 1
Sunday 11am-5pm, Tuesday 11am-11:30pm, Wednesday 11am-11:30pm = 37 hours
Schedule 2
Friday, Saturday, & Sunday 11am-11:30pm, Monday 5pm-11:30pm =38 hours
Schedule 3
Thursday 11am-11:30pm, Friday, Saturday & Sunday 3pm-11:30pm = 38 hours
Schedule 4
Monday- Thursday 3pm-11:30pm = 34 hours
Duties
- Respond promptly incidents, assessing situations and taking appropriate action.
- Enforce security policies and procedures while providing excellent customer service to all individuals on-site.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary and provide detailed reports of incidents.
- Manage conflict situations effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to resolve disputes peacefully.
- Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying potential theft or security breaches.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations for future reference.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
