Minimum Qualifications:
- Extensive experience (typically 10 years) in security management, public safety, or law enforcement, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage multi-site operations.
- In-depth knowledge of security technologies, crisis management, risk assessment, and emergency response protocols.
- Strong understanding of public safety laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to develop and execute strategic plans while managing day-to-day operational concerns.
