Job Description
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Partner at Rock Creek Senior Living. With 14 years of experience in healthcare, this role is perfect for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.
In this position, you will be an Advocate of Empathy, creating human connections with residents during their most vulnerable moments. You will also be a Generous Gift Giver, sharing your talents and being someone others can count on.
We are looking for someone who embodies our core values, including being inclusive, positive, and proactive. As a Care Partner, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
To be successful in this role, you must be at least 18 years old, have a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. You must also have a positive and energetic attitude, be active, and be able to frequently lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.

Requirements
- Age: At least 18 years old

- CNA certification
- Previous experience in senior care or related field
