Job Responsibilities
As a Weekend Server, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring they feel welcome and valued in our community. This includes greeting and welcoming them to their table, serving meals, and attending to their needs throughout the day.
You'll also work closely with our culinary team to prepare and serve meals that meet the dietary requirements of our residents. This may involve preparing salads, setting tables, and rolling silverware, as well as bussing tables and sweeping floors to maintain a clean and tidy community.
Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess a positive and energetic attitude, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents. You must also be able to assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall. English proficiency at a minimum of 8th grade level is required, and you should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
