We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Partner to join our team at The Plaza at Wildwood Senior Living. As a Care Partner, you will play a vital role in creating meaningful human connections with our residents during their most vulnerable moments.

Responsibilities:
- Create an inclusive and positive environment by investing your whole heart in your work, team members, and the community.
- Be engaged in your development, growth, and training within the organization.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADL), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate effectively in English with our residents.
- Maintain a positive and energetic attitude, and demonstrate a love for our residents.
- Utilize computer skills to print documents and enter information about our residents.
- Assist residents with sitting, standing, and walking, as well as assisting persons after a fall.

Requirements:
