Arrow Service Team continues to grow and we excited to seek an experienced and resourceful Client Engagement Specialist to oversee the day-to-day relations with our clients.

 

Arrow Service Team is a leader in disaster restoration industry in North Dakota, based out of Bismarck, ND. The client engagement specialist will be responsible for the overall client experience, you will be working with online and in house applications to streamline job flow. You will report to the marketing manager and work with the marketing team to develop great events, strong social media presence and an unmatched client experience. This position will be the lead for all tradeshows, community events, and organizing/setup of in-house training events. 

 

To be successful in this role, you must have superb organizational and communication skills. General Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Independent thinker with a creative eye for how content is consumed from audience as well as ability to create it.
  • Ability to capture onsite footage of our team on jobs as well as during the regular day – ability to self-schedule in a moment’s notice.
  • Creating company brand to be recognized through all marketing platforms.
  • This position will be the lead for all tradeshows, community events, and organizing/setup of in-house training events. Marketing team will assist
  • Updating internal CRM regularly (contacts, WhatsApp notes)
  • Do all phone calls for client feedback at the end of platinum program jobs. Documenting in the job as a private note and disseminating to the appropriate departments.
  • In charge of all mailers and design work for promotional materials, website, billboards, TV spots and social media campaigns
  • In charge of all reporting for the Marketing team including setting schedules
  • Creating newsletters, podcast, updates to website and overall, in charge of our online image. Managing all our social media outlets.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned

 Desired Skills & Abilities:

  • Sales or customer service experience 4 years
  • Computer skills – must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe (ability to learn), and experience with CRM software, video editing a plus.
  • A professional and friendly demeanor with the ability to lead.
  • Have a keen eye for detail in everything they do.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strategic Thinker

Pay:

  • 45K (depends on experience)
  • 90-day review (eligible for wage adjustment if applicable)
  • Annual reviews based off anniversary date (eligible for wage adjustment if applicable)

Schedule:

  • 40 hours per week with opportunity for more 
  • Generally, Monday through Friday, 8am - 5:00pm (but flexible to accommodate afterhours events which may include occasional weekends)

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (minimum)
  • Related college degree preferred but not required

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (required)
  • Reliable transportation to get to/from work (company vehicle will be provided for all tradeshow setups)
