Position : Furniture Assembler / Upholster
We are looking for a reliable and quality-driven individual to join our team as a Furniture Assembler. This is a Temp to hire, full-time position with room for growth. The ideal candidate is dedicated, has strong attention to detail, and a history of maintaining productivity.
Shift Details
First Shift : 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 30 PM
Pay : $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities
Secure materials to foam frames and wood structures using gluing and stapling techniques.
Upholster and assemble complete units in line with production specifications.
Utilize a variety of tools, including hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic staplers.
Ensure precise alignment of parts and materials to meet visual and functional standards.
Accurately read and record production data.
Report any product, material, or process issues to the Engineering team.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Requirements
Physical stamina to handle tasks for extended periods, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
Ability to follow written instructions, interpret production orders, and understand production processes.
Team-oriented, yet capable of working independently.
High school diploma or GED.
Must pass a background check, drug screening, and physical examination.
At least three years of experience in upholstery within a manufacturing environment.
