About the Position :
The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production operations, ensuring manufacturing processes run efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. This role involves organizing workflows, monitoring staff performance, and supporting the team through training, leadership, and hands-on involvement in production activities.

Starting Pay : Up to $75K
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure all team members adhere to safety policies and promote a strong culture of safety.
Analyze production efficiency data and report findings to leadership.
Lead pre-shift meetings to discuss safety, production metrics, and daily goals.
Monitor production output and quality control, identifying inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.
Supervise operations to optimize production performance and meet output targets.
Develop and update training materials and matrices for production staff.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new employees.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards throughout the facility.
Organize, prioritize, and monitor tasks to achieve production goals.
Evaluate production stations to improve workflow and efficiency.
Maintain effective communication between employees and leadership to ensure clear understanding of company policies and procedures.
Oversee raw material flow and inventory accuracy to support production needs.
Qualifications :
5 years of experience in a manufacturing supervisory role.
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with team members at all levels.
Excellent planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in analyzing production data and implementing process improvements.
Ability to make sound decisions and adapt to changing production needs.
Work Environment :
This is a hands-on leadership role that requires active involvement in manufacturing processes and a strong presence on the production floor.
Physical Requirements :
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds as needed.
Regular standing, walking, and manual handling of materials.
Occasionally required to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
Must have good vision, including close-up, distance, color, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
