Arrow Stage Lines is looking for a Lead Motorcoach Detailer for our Kansas City location. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, able to work independently, and perform efficiently and effectively with minimum supervision and direction. The Lead Motorcoach Detailer will work with the Cleaning Supervisor in being responsible for overseeing the cleaning and detailing of our fleet while ensuring high standards are met.
Pay starts at $20.50 per hour and is commensurate with experience!

This is a full-time position, five days a week. The schedule for this position is 6 : 00 pm to 2 : 00 am, Sunday through Thursday.
Duties include :
- Oversee and direct the cleaning team to ensure all company vehicles are detailed to company standards.
- Use power sprayers to wash exterior of vehicle.
- Clean the interior of vehicles, to include overhead luggage bins, seats, kick panels, footrests, and lavatory area.
- Clean all windows and window frames.
- Sweep and mop floors of vehicle.
- Clean Driver compartment area.
- Perform final inspections to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed thoroughly.
- Ensure miscellaneous finishing touches are completed (i.e. wastebaskets are emptied and cleaned, place lost items in lost and found, spray air freshener, etc.)
- Performs end of shift procedures, including securing equipment and supplies.
- Assist in training and mentoring new and current detailing team members.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and reports needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.
- Physically demanding position, and on your feet constantly. Must have the ability to open bus bay doors and use pressure washer. Will be working in wet, and hot and cold conditions in maintenance shop environment.
