Position – Executive Suite Guest Service Attendant
Pay Rate: $18.88 per hour
Location: Washington, DC
Shifts available:
- On call shifts (3 to 4 days a week)
What you need to start working :
- Welcome guests warmly, assist with check-in and check-out processes, and address any inquiries or requests.
- Ensure that executive suites are clean, well-stocked, and properly maintained, including replenishing amenities and supplies.
- Provide information about hotel services and local attractions, make reservations, and arrange transportation as needed.
- Tailor services to meet the specific needs of executive guests, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
- Manage and fulfill guest requests promptly, such as room service orders, maintenance issues, or special amenities.
- Maintain clear communication with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Assist guests with billing inquiries and process payments as necessary.
- These duties require strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
Key Requirements
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays as required
- Teams certification is preferred
- Previous ticket-taking/ushering experience is an asset
- Must be able to stand for the duration of shift (typically 4-6 hours)
- Must be able to walk, climb stairs and navigate the venue
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills while being team-focused
