Branch Supervisor

Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient and effective performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch goals and targets
- Manage and motivate a team of employees, providing guidance, training, and support
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Prepare reports on branch performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback
- Identify opportunities for business growth and development

Experience:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sound knowledge of financial management principles
