Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing plans, policies, and strategies that align with organizational goals and respond to market trends and consumer demands.Lead the development and execution of promotional campaigns, including tradeshows, events, and other marketing initiatives to increase product and service visibility in target markets.Gather, track, and analyze data from various marketing campaigns to assess performance metrics, customer engagement, and ROI. Leverage insights to optimize future campaigns and activities.Develop and manage marketing budgets, evaluate campaign expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency. Collaborate with financial teams to estimate potential sales and allocate resources effectively.Partner with product development, sales, and buying teams to forecast product demand and ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with product launches and availability.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and performance reviews.
