Description
This Position will support the Employee Resource Director in the recruitment process. This positions involves assistance with applicant vetting, pre-screening, phone screenings, reference checks, and coordinating interview schedules with department managers. They will be proactive, a strong communicator, and ensure we build a talented workforce.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
- Support Employee Resource department by improving existing processes for better effective processes.
- Work with Employee Resource Director to initiate the pre-employment process for new hires and support through onboarding process.
- Review resumes and applicants to assess qualifications and fit for open positions.
- Ensure Predictive Index assessments align with the role they applied for.
- Conduct initial pre-screening calls to assess candidates qualifications, availability and interest in the role. Evaluate key skills, experience and cultural fit.
- Schedule and assist with performing drug screens for new hires.
- Maintain a clear and organized record of candidate interactions and pre-screening assessments in Paylocity and Monday.com
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Paylocity
- Assists in planning accounting office activities like birthdays, and team building.
- Creates Systems Access Requests (SAR) and initiate logins for all new hires.
- Assists with ensuring compliance with all employees using online time and attendance systems.
- Scans and Audits confidential documents and files them electronically in their proper place.
- Assists with maintaining employee files and ensures compliance with all required state and federal agencies.
- Assists with planning and executing employee, store, and community events.
- Aids employees in regard to benefit questions
- Send weekly Employee Resource reporting to management, including upper management and department heads.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Constructively communicate with other dealership personnel as required to satisfy customer needs.
- Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its personnel, or customers.
- Maintain personal grooming, hygiene, and uniform standards according to departmental policies.
- Arrive at work, take breaks, and depart work at the times designated by management.
- Attending meetings and training as scheduled.

Requirements
Minimum Hiring Requirements
· High school graduate or equivalent.
· 18 years or older
· Possess an acceptable driving record and valid driver’s license in state of residence
· A criminal history background check will be conducted prior to beginning employment
· Clear pre-employment drug screen
