We're offering our Field Superintendent a salary of $65,000 – $85,000 / year . In addition to our excellent benefits package , which includes PTO, a bonus structure, health insurance, a 401(k), growth opportunities, and uniforms, this project management position also receives car and phone allowances . You can expect to work from Monday - Friday, 7 : 00 am - 4 : 00 pm .
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY INCLUDE?
Our Field Superintendent is a key member of our construction projects, and you do whatever it takes to ensure great results and a happy client. Collaborating with clients, managers, and project management staff, you supervise the daily operations while keeping an eye out for areas we could improve our efficiency or cost-effectiveness.
You support our productivity and timeliness by setting timelines, creating worker schedules, and coordinating material deliveries with suppliers. Attentively, you also help determine reasonable budgets. You diligently maintain daily construction logs to check our progress and keep us on the right track.
