We are currently seeking a talented Customer Service Representative to work in Kansas City, MO. This Customer Service Representative is a very vital part of our sales team. This position will handle all facts of customer service, including responding to inbound inquiries, greeting customers, processing transactions, updating accounts and general customer support.
Customer Service Representative Tasks & Duties
· Serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries
· Strengthens and maintains favorable relationships by listening to customers
· Process customer orders and ensure a timely and systematic entries
· Provide accurate communication to customers
· Listen to inbound customer concerns and provide relevant information and solutions
· Secure authorization for account modifications
· Assist in activating new customer accounts
· Maintain a working knowledge of products, policies and procedures
· Maintain excellent records
· Additional duties as assigned
Customer Service Representative Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required, or relevant customer service experience
· Great written and verbal communication skills
· Solid knowledge of products and services.
· Desire to help others through the provision of stellar service
· Proficient computer skills
· Superior data entry and organization skills
· Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
· Excellent attention to detail
· Reliable transit to Kansas City, MO
