Sales Associate

We are hiring a Sales Associate to join our team in Kansas City, MO. The Sales Associate works as a member of our team to create and excellent customer and brand experience. Join our team and help us foster a culture of belonging while contributing to our revolutionary work.

Sales Associate Tasks & Responsibilities:

· Interact with customers via multiple channels

· Provide and exceptional customer experience

· Provide information and guide customers through decisions

· Help customers make the selections that best suit their needs

· Create an excellent customer experience by maintaining a welcoming and professional demeanor

· Perform point of sale responsibilities and process all forms of payment

· Maintains a comprehensive working product knowledge

· Provide product and brand knowledge to customers

· Perform other related tasks and duties as assigned

· Transition customers to the support department to ensure a positive ongoing experience

· Convey information in a way that helps customers actively make decision

Sales Associate Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Experience working with technology

· Demonstrated ability to provide a superior customer experience

· Drive to set and achieve targeted goals

· Prior sales experience, retail preferred

· Demonstrated interpersonal, communication, consultative, interpersonal and multi-tasking abilities

· Willingness to follow up with customers to create rapport and long-standing partnerships

· Flexible scheduling availability

· To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty assigned
