Appointment setter for Arrowhead Honda will be responsible for conducting outbound and / or taking inbound calls assisting customers with scheduling service appointments for maintenance and their duties include but are not limited to:
The main objective is to set qualified appointments according to the standards required.
1. Make outbound calls to schedule service.
2. Answer inbound calls.
3. Timely and accurate Data input of Lead and Appointment information.
4. Follow up with existing leads.
5. Perform outbound call as directed.
6. Achieve goals set by management.
7. Other duties as assigned.
