Join Our Team – Orthodontic Clinical Assistant
Arrowhead Orthodontics is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Orthodontic Clinical Assistant to join our growing team! This position is open to both Dental Assistants and Hygienists who are passionate about helping patients achieve their most confident smile. As part of our team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an exceptional patient experience in a fun and professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit
- Prepare patients for their appointment and assist the orthodontist during procedures
- Select, set up, and sterilize instruments and equipment according to regulations
- Perform lab tasks as instructed
- Provide oral hygiene and post-treatment care instructions
- Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling and payment procedures
- Keep the clinic clean, organized, and well-stocked
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience as a licensed Dental Assistant or Hygienist (Orthodontic experience preferred but not required)
- Knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization methods, and health & safety regulations
- Strong computer skills and ability to work with patient management software
- Excellent communication and people skills to build strong patient relationships
- Attention to detail, well-organized, and reliable
- Registered Dental Assistant or Hygienist License (required)
