Join Our Team – Full-Time Treatment Coordinator (Sales)
Arrowhead Orthodontics is looking for a full-time Treatment Coordinator to join our growing team! As a Treatment Coordinator, you will guide new and existing patients through their orthodontic journey by clearly explaining the doctor’s treatment plan, insurance coverage, and payment options. The ideal candidate will be an articulate and confident communicator who can build trust and establish strong relationships, helping patients feel informed and comfortable as they begin treatment.
About the Position:
The Treatment Coordinator is responsible for ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to treatment start. This role involves assisting patients with payment plans and insurance benefits, helping them navigate financial options with confidence. Additionally, the Treatment Coordinator will follow up with prospective patients, guiding them toward beginning treatment with Arrowhead Orthodontics. Above all, this position is dedicated to providing an exceptional patient experience, building relationships, and ensuring every patient feels informed and supported throughout their orthodontic journey.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and relatable personality with a natural ability to connect with patients
- Strong relationship-building skills to establish trust and rapport with patients and families
- Confident and professional communicator who can clearly present financial payment plans and treatment options
- Sales-minded approach with the ability to guide patients toward starting treatment
- Ability to handle financial discussions and find flexible payment plans that work for both the patient and the Practice
- Strong follow-up skills to reach out to patients who haven’t committed to treatment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to review the orthodontist’s treatment plan and relay key information to patients
- Excellent problem-solving skills to address patient concerns and answer questions effectively
- Ability to multitask and coordinate between patients, orthodontic assistants, and scheduling teams
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Team player who works well with orthodontists, assistants, and administrative staff
- Comfortable working with scheduling systems and patient management software
- Positive, energetic, and self-motivated with a passion for helping patients achieve their best smile
