We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic Account Manager!

In this vibrant and fast-paced role, you'll be the driving force behind our client relationships, championing their needs and pushing the envelope to elevate their sales. What You'll Do:
As an Account Manager, your essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Charge: Be the primary point of contact for our key clients, keeping a pulse on their needs and promotion aspirations.
  • Communicate & Collaborate: Translate our array of services to clients while ensuring our internal teams are aligned for success.
  • Create Impactful Presentations: Play a pivotal role in crafting engaging client presentations and leading meetings that drive results.
  • Inspire and Support: Coach and mentor Account Coordinators, fostering a motivating atmosphere where everyone can shine!
  • Excel at Execution: Oversee the seamless internal execution of promotions, resolving questions and ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Train the Team: Engage in both in-person and remote training to build a fluent understanding of our processes and systems.
  • Be Proactive: Monitor budgets, track program results, and dive into analysis to provide insightful feedback for future success.

 

What You Bring to the Table:
We're looking for go-getters who are ready to bring their A-game! Ideal candidates will possess:

  • A Bachelor’s degree and a passion for organization and communication.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience with proven leadership qualities.
  • Conflict management finesse and a knack for problem-solving with professionalism.
  • Detail-oriented mindset coupled with strong analytical skills.
  • Stellar oral, written, and visual communication abilities—including presentation mastery.
  • Interpersonal savvy to connect with clients, team members, and upper management alike.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and a hunger to exceed sales goals, coupled with a keen understanding of digital/online platforms.

This position offers the flexibility to work remotely or in person. If working remotely, your training will begin in-person upon hire; from there monthly in person meetings in Grand Rapids, MN are required. Employees must be able to attend all training offered by Arrowhead.
