Arrowhead Promotion is looking for an IT Program Setup Coordinator to manage project timelines and ensure that IT setups are completed efficiently and on time. This position works closely with the IT Development and Account Management teams to create and maintain detailed project timelines, monitor progress, and communicate adjustments as needed. The ability to balance multiple priorities and work cross-functionally is key for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop a comprehensive training curriculum for sales and processing teams, including onboarding programs, skills development, and continuous learning initiatives.
- Create and deliver training materials, including interactive videos, audio content, presentations, and static documents.
- Establish training objectives and measurable outcomes that align with organizational goals.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate discussions between the IT Development and Account Management teams, ensure alignment on project due dates and commitments.
- Create detailed project setup timelines based on client requirements, resource availability, and the technical design plan provided by the IT Integration Team.
- Maintain project timelines and update as new information or changes arise.
- Confirm each task within a timeline is assigned to a resource and has sufficient lead time to meet deadlines. Regularly check in with staff to ensure setups are on track and successful.
- Assist as needed with the assignment or re-assignment of setup-related IT Work Orders to ensure each setup task reaches key timeline milestones and is completed on time.
- Check in with the IT Development team on the status of setup related Work Orders and make note of progress, unexpected challenges or delays within the timeline for the project. Document details for adjustments to the original plan and notify key stakeholders accordingly.
- Answer setup status questions from the Account Management Team in a prompt and professional manner.
- Assist the IT Manager as needed to create and maintain setup or process related documentation.
- Support the IT Project Coordinator and IT Integration Specialist as needed to ensure all essential tasks are covered.
- Review and maintain turn-time metrics with IT Management Team to optimize efficiency.
- Actively identify and recommend process improvements to enhance outcomes and efficiency.
- Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or related work experience in Project Management or related field.
Technical Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge and experience with:
- MS Windows,
- Viso or comparable software for flowcharts/diagrams,
- Familiarity with Project management software,
- Competency with all MS Office Suite products (Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Outlook/Teams),
- Ability to navigate various internet browser applications (Edge/Chrome/Firefox/Safari).
