Arrowhead Promotion is looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to coordinate and complete the QA of promotions and programs that flow through the Order Processing department. This consists of carefully reviewing a queue of processed records for validation accuracy as well as for fraudulent program activity. The QA Specialist will also assist the Order Processing supervisor in the auditing and QA of new program set up. This role is to be completed in person and located in Grand Rapids, MN.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and complete records presented for QA in the dedicated QA queue daily.
- Participate in weekly order processing meetings, record key points and action items.
- Review and audit qualifying questions for commingled and standalone offers.
- Perform QA on program setups within Digital Workflow tools, addressing corrections through necessary work orders.
- QA newly active promotions by monitoring the first batch progression from pending status through completion in qualification and indexing.
- Collaborate with the Assistant Supervisor to identify and address any anomalies in the validation and QA processes.
- Identify and document fraudulent or suspicious promotional activity, and present findings to the department supervisor, and Fraud Mitigation team.
- Write work orders, process documentations, and work instruction
- Attend and communicate updates at internal weekly status meetings that are held remote and in-person
Skills/Qualifications:
- Must demonstrate competent business writing and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take astute and timely meeting notes
- Adept at Microsoft Outlook including organization of many/multiple folders for received and sent messages, ability to easily find and present historical messages.
- Adept at Microsoft Excel for creating tracking reports.
- Ability to effectively use Microsoft File Explorer including folder management, creation and integrity protection.
- Must be able to multi-task and manage multiple processes and responsibilities.
- Must be able to understand and respond to varying levels of urgency.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, percentages, and decimals.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal effectively within a variety of situations.
- Ability to learn and understand processing rules, terms and conditions, and legalities of rebate and promotional industry
- Demonstrate acute organizational skills.
Education/Experience:
- 2 year degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
- Must be proficient in the use of Word and Excel.
- Must be proficient in the use of Internet, APF Proprietary systems, and Microsoft Outlook e-mail.
- Previous experience in promotional services or a related field is highly preferred.

- The work hours are between 8:00 AM β 4:30 PM Monday- Friday and primarily take place in office, with remote opportunities on an as needed basis.
