Job Details

RN may float to other Units to assist if needed
Position duties include writing initial nursing histories, assessing patients' conditions, developing individual care plans, and evaluating outcomes of patient care according to accepted standards of practice.
Document patient care from admission through discharge incorporating the Nursing Process.
Administer and document medications with a thorough knowledge of types, dosages, drug interactions and incompatibilities.
Practice safety measures in all activities associated with patient care.
Support the mission and vision of ARMC.
Consistently practice excellent customer service.
Teach, delegate, and direct both professional and non-professional nursing staff and interpret the needs of each patient to all persons participating in patient care.
Maintain current knowledge relating to new developments and therapeutic measures for total patient care.
Participate in the development of nursing policies and procedures and Quality Assurance activities.
Follow all Nursing Departmental and Administrative Operations manual policies and procedures.
Serve as patient advocate.
Attend department in-services and staff development programs.
Initiate emergency measures such as Code Blue and Code Red.
Maintain and protect all patients’ rights to privacy and confidentiality.
Job Requirements
2 years of current ER experience - Required
EPIC experience - strongly preferred
By submitting your Clinician, you attest that your Clinician will obtain the MAB certificate compliant with AB508 prior to start
Previous travel - strongly encouraged
At least 1 year of straight FTE in an Acute Hospital / Medical Center - required
Work History going back at least 3 years, if applicable to Assignment
Skills Checklist
At least '1' supervisor reference included.... 2nd to be obtained during onboarding
COVID Vaccination card w / booster, if applicable
Schedule Information
Per Diem : Ability to work weekdays & weekends - no weekly guarantee
If clinician does not pick up a shift in a 30 day timeframe, ARMC reserves the right to cancel their contract.
