Job Requirements
Minimum of 1 year OT experience
IP acute care experience needed
CA OT & BLS (AHA) must be active
Work history going back at least 3 years, if applicable to assignment
Skills checklist
At least '1' supervisor reference included, 2nd to be obtained during onboarding
COVID Vaccination card w / booster, if applicable
