Job Description
- Develop and implement effective manufacturing processes to meet production demands.
- Lead the onboarding of new parts and projects, collaborating closely with internal teams to develop and detail manufacturing processes.
- Manage prototype builds, validate parts, and design tools, fixtures, and jigs to optimize production efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Metal fabrication and/or Machining background are essential.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Inventor or similar 3D CAD software.
- Experience with ERP software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
