Arrowhead Talent Solutions is assisting a manufacturing company in Richfield OH with filling an Information Technology Assistant position. Our clients are searching for candidates who:
- Korean-speaking
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
- Five to ten years of industry experience (in lieu of education)
Position Overview:
They will work closely with peers on the Tech and Sales Teams and will be responsible for the development and implementation of IT solutions involving managed service and data security. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of enthusiasm, dedication, and outside of the box thinking. This role is onsite at our office, with some travel to other related worksites within the company.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- (Required) Support software installation/uninstallation (DRM VPN WMS QMS SAP and etc.)
- (Required) Provide IT training for new hire
- (Required) IT Budget Planning and IT Payment Processing
- (Required) Purchase and manage IT Asset
- Documents solutions, systems configurations, and operating procedures
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with team members
- Optimize and support network, security, software, and hardware
- Perform IT site surveys, troubleshooting, provide strategic technical guidance to team members
- Provide on-call support to respond to emergencies
- Builds or maintains solutions that leverage technology to meet our business needs;
- Update the company’s Knowledgeable base as required
- Building and developing and deploying quality phone solution
- Design, implement and support business-class server based networks
Technical Experience:
- (Required) Excellent written and verbal communication skills/bi-lingual in Korean language
- (Required) Intimate knowledge and experience with MS Outlook and MS Office product.
- (Required) Excellent knowledge of Active Directory and VMware
- Intimate knowledge and experience with Windows troubleshooting tools and techniques
- Excellent knowledge of networking principles and IP configuration
- Experience with network equipment configuration/troubleshooting and security
- Excellent knowledge of troubleshooting wireless networks, interference, and propagation
- IT security governance and compliance 9. Penetration tests and vulnerability assessments
Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:
- TEAM player, results-oriented, professional, and reliable
- Self-motivated and focused with a passion for technology and an aptitude for customer satisfaction
- Possesses strong analytical, out of the box and trouble shooting skills
- 5 years of IT experience with at least 3 years as Systems/Network Admin/Engineer
