What are the responsibilities and job description for the MOLDING FOREMAN position at Arrowhead Talent Solutions?
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1) Set-up and start-up from scratch molding process parameters and robot settings on plastics molding
machines.
2) Oversee and assist with mold sets.
3) Approve mold sets prior to start of production.
4) Configure end-of-arm robot tooling and program robot.
5) Trouble-shoot and correct molding defects to eliminate scrap and optimize process efficiency.
6) Review machine and process yields.
7) Assist with training of Process Technicians.
8) Perform regular press rounds to review part quality, tooling condition, machine condition, and proper
mold sets to ensure that production standards (productivity and quality) are being met.
9) Advise maintenance of equipment problems & required repairs required with written Maintenance
Work Orders.
10) Other duties as assigned.

Good general health
Must be able to be on feet for 8 hours
Corrected vision to a minimum of 20 / 30
HOURS AND BENEFITS : Starting Date : ASAP
Salary : Negotiable, depending upon experience, subject to standard withholding.
Shift : Will train on first shift, then likely be assigned to 2nd or 3rd
Hours : 8-hrs minimum per week day, 7 : 00 am-3 : 30 pm, 40-minute lunch from 11 : 30 until 12 : 10.
Starting time may be adjusted.
Overtime : eligible for overtime (non-exempt), currently working 9-hour days.
Holidays : 9 paid holidays (New Years, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve and Day).
Vacation : 3-weeks starting, thereafter according to policy.
Profit Sharing / Retirement contribution : Paid in December based on company performance. Eligible
on the earliest of January 1st or July 1st, after two years employment.
401K : Eligible first pay of the next quarter after hire date. Currently the Company will match 25 cents
for each dollar you defer, up to a maximum of 10% of your salary. There is no vesting period; every
dollar contributed is vested immediately. The plan and company match are subject to change
annually. Your current pension account will remain intact until retirement.
Hospitalization : Employee is responsible for 25% of the Hospitalization Premium which is deducted on
a bi-weekly basis. The percentage and dollar amount are subject to change at each annual renewal.
Life Insurance : Benefit amount is 40% of base salary, and is double indemnity in case of an accident,
minimum of $20,000.
Long-Term Disability : Benefit amount is $1,675 per month.
