Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Person to join our team at Arrowhead West, Inc. This role is crucial in ensuring our facilities are safe, functional, and welcoming for our clients. The Maintenance Person will perform various maintenance tasks that contribute to the overall well-being of our programs.
Responsibilities
- Performs routine maintenance to keep agency vehicles and facilities in good repair.
- Performs carpentry, HVAC, automotive maintenance, electrical work, plumbing and painting tasks as assigned.
- Keeps records of vehicles, equipment, etc. as assigned and report needed repairs to Maintenance Manager.
- Performs other duties assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Valid U.S. driver's license
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- General knowledge of minor repairs, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
- Basic knowledge of machines, engines, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC).
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
