Arrowine is a family-owned and operated Fine Wine, Artisan Cheese, Charcuterie, Gourmet Grocer, and Craft Beer Shop located in the heart of North Arlington.

We are currently looking to add a full-time stock clerk/wine department associate. Once you master this position, you can advance within our family-run organization. We are the best, and we will teach the right candidate everything they need to know to succeed. Working on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays is a must. Holidays are our busiest times, so no vacations are allowed from November till January. So this position can quickly turn into your dream job! Our hours of operation are M-Th 10a-7p, F/S 9a-7p, and Sun 10a-5p. No late nights! Fluency in Amharic or Spanish is a plus.

Job Description:

• Processes customer purchases either online or in-store, stocks shelves, merchandise displays neatly, in-store cleaning, and maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their shopping experience and taking their purchases to their vehicle.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly to the store management team
• Provide feedback to management on all products, inventory losses, scanning errors, and general issues
• Participate in taking store inventory counts according to guidelines and monitoring inventory for accuracy
• Adheres to cash policies and follows procedures to minimize losses
• Complies with all company policies and procedures while upholding the security and confidentiality of documents and data
• Other duties as assigned

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stock merchandise and receive goods, ability to place product, weighing up to 50 pounds, on shelving at various heights
• Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, carry and walk about the store
• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
