- Providing Level 1 and Level 2 Remote and Onsite technical support to clients.
- Works effectively within a team structure.
- Effectively implement and provide support for business-class hardware/software.
- Work within a ticketing system and maintain a ticket queue.
- Maintain up-to-date records of work performed on trouble tickets.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with users to provide updates on trouble tickets.
- Maintain appropriate industry skills and certifications.
