- Provide job coaching and support services to program participants, helping them develop the skills necessary for job retention and career advancement.
- Conduct assessments to identify participants' strengths, barriers, and needs related to employment, particularly focusing on individuals with disabilities and other challenges.
- Collaborate with community partners to facilitate access to training, employment opportunities, and support services.
- Assist participants with job search activities, resume writing, interview preparation, and developing job-related skills.
- Monitor and track participants’ progress, providing ongoing support and encouragement tailored to their individual needs.
- Advocate for participants' needs and rights in the workplace and community, especially those facing significant barriers.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of participant progress, case notes, and other required reports.
- Engage with employers to develop job opportunities and provide workplace support for participants, ensuring inclusive practices for individuals with disabilities.
- Work in the community to directly support participants, facilitating connections with local resources and opportunities.
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to enhance service delivery.
