As our client's Junior Project Coordinator, you will be an integral part of our client's project management team, providing essential support in the transition to a planned hours system within Workfront. You'll gain valuable experience in project coordination, data management, and process improvement, working alongside seasoned project managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Workfront Support : Assist the PM team with adding tasks and assignments, updating schedules and job steps, and managing project assignments within Workfront. Become a Workfront whiz!
- Request Queue Management : Review and categorize request queues to ensure efficient and organized workflow.
- Timeline Transition : Support the crucial transition of previous system timelines into active projects within Workfront.
- Template Development : Assist in the development of templated timelines incorporating planned hours, ensuring consistency and efficiency across projects.
- Training Material Creation : Contribute to the creation and maintenance of training materials for the project management team, empowering them to effectively utilize the new system.
- Transition Support : Provide vital support during the planning and execution phases of the transition to using planned hours, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
