What are the responsibilities and job description for the Motion Designer/Video Editor position at Arrowmac?
We're looking for a talented Motion Designer and Video Editor, a wizard in After Effects and Adobe Premiere, to bring our creative visions to life. Bonus points if you speak fluent Cinema 4D! The ideal candidate possesses a sharp eye for detail, thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment, and has a proven track record of crafting compelling, high-quality content – especially within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industries.
Responsibilities:
- Animate and design captivating motion graphics for a variety of projects, including video content, digital campaigns, and social media.
- Take video content from initial assembly to polished final delivery, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Partner closely with creative directors, copywriters, and account teams to ensure visuals powerfully support the overall strategy and narrative.
- Juggle multiple projects with grace, consistently meeting tight deadlines.
- Contribute to the creative process by conceptualizing visual approaches and pitching innovative campaign ideas.
- Maintain meticulous organization of project files, assets, and templates.
- Continuously explore the latest industry trends, animation techniques, and emerging tools to keep our work cutting-edge.
Requirements:
- 4 years of professional experience in motion design and video editing (pharma experience preferred but not required).
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere.
- Working knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D software is a major plus.
- Strong sense of typography, design, timing, and storytelling.
- Ability to adapt to multiple brand styles and adhere to regulatory requirements.
- Comfortable taking feedback and making revisions quickly and accurately.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
