- Drive the development of innovative and impactful initiatives and tactics that enhance patient experience.
- Contribute to the evolution of patient treatment experience by extracting valuable insights from data.
- Support the development of brand positioning and resource messaging for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Operations to plan and lead the Marketing team's transition of CRM activities to the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.
- Lead the channel strategy and development for a range of direct patient communication channels.
- Effectively manage projects and cultivate strong relationships with agency partners.
- Oversee the marketing efforts and identify opportunities for efficiencies and synergies.
- Develop clear and concise marketing briefs and track timelines.
- Craft impactful tactics that adhere to Medical, Legal, Regulatory, and OEC guidelines.
- Partner strategically with the Marketing Analytics & Business Insights team to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies.
