Join our real estate marketing agency client's team and bring their real estate brands to life online! We're seeking a passionate and creative individual to manage their social media presence and drive engagement.
What You'll Do:
- Craft Engaging Content: Develop and produce high-quality content (text, images, videos, stories) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, highlighting property listings, market trends, and community events.
- Strategic Social Media Management: Create and implement a social media strategy aligned with marketing goals, using Loomly for planning, scheduling, and analytics.
- Real Estate Expertise: Leverage your understanding of the real estate market to create content that resonates with buyers, sellers, and investors.
- Community Building: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build a vibrant online community.
- Visual Storytelling: Capture and edit compelling photos and videos of properties and the local area. Create eye-catching graphics to enhance our visual presence.
- Lead Generation: Run targeted social media advertising campaigns to generate leads and drive traffic to our website.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor social media metrics and provide insights to optimize content strategy and improve results.
Requirements:
- 2 years of Social Media Management experience, preferably within real estate
- Bachelor's Degree
- Proficiency in using Loomly for social media management, or similar
- Familiarity with video editing and graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and generate reports.
- Portfolio examples required
