Role: Agile Coach
Location: 240 Greenwich Street, New York (Near World Trade Center)
Duration: Fulltime
Job Description:
- Looking for Senior, Enterprise Coach and knows it will be at the senior coach.
- Must be excellent communicator and stakeholder manager and a quick learner
- looking for coaches who can drive change in given areas of Product but who will also work to build out models and processes for implementation (so must also be analytical)
- Focus will be on:
- Intake Process – rolling it out across TTS
- Prioritization (Business Value and driving OKRs)
- OKR coaching – helping product to understand and translate to outcome oriented way of working
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year
Experience:
- Enterprise Coach: 10 years (Required)
- Senior Coach: 10 years (Required)
- Agile: 10 years (Required)
Ability to Commute:
- New York, NY 10007 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- New York, NY 10007: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
