What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent position at Arrows Active Play Park?
Summary: Greet and Assist patrons at Arrows by performing duties, such as collecting payment for admission tickets, share information about café, party packages and activities, schedule parties and keep the seating area clean.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Enthusiastically greet patrons as they enter.
- Sell or collect admission tickets, gift certificates, or facility memberships from patrons at entertainment events.
- Sign guests in and out; monitoring responsible parties for minor children.
- Ensure legal guardian is here with each minor.
- Confirm every patron has completed a facility waiver
- Check wristbands for patrons who are leaving establishments to ensure guests are leaving with correct guardian
- Maintain order and ensure adherence to safety rules, facility rules and policies.
- Assist patrons by giving directions and providing information.
- Examine tickets or passes to verify authenticity, using criteria such as color or date issued..
- Clean and Sanitize front reception and seating area, Keep entry and exit tidy. Follow Opening and closing checklist
- Stock workstation area including bands, receipt paper, printer ink
- Inform manager when supplies are getting low or equipment is not working properly
- Sweep and sanitize seating area and bathrooms
- Must maintain regular and timely attendance as well as neat personal appearance.
