In this role, you will have opportunities to collaborate on design concepts and design strategies that range across our diverse portfolio. You will use your knowledge to guide and mentor and assist in developing innovative solutions.Key Responsibilities : Demonstrates understanding of architectural design process and integration interiors and standalone interior projects.Collaborates with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophy.Assist in the development of interior design concepts, adapting to each sector and project.Responsibilities may vary based on client, sector, and project. Work may span across one or more project phases; programming, conceptual design, schematic design, design development, space planning, construction documentation, and Construction Administration.Develop floor plans, interior sections, elevations, and finish selections that complement concepts.Liaison with clients, external consultants, product representatives, furniture dealers, and fabricators.Produce rendered plans, elevations and 3D images and prepare Interior Presentations.Prepare finish packages, schedules, and specifications.Foster a culture of mentorship, coaching and guiding team members.Qualifications : EducationBachelor’s or Master's degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture.Knowledge of Building Codes and ADA Requirements.NCIDQ accreditation, preferred.LEED accreditation, preferred.Experience7-10 years’ interior design experience working across multiple sectors; Hospitality, Multi-family Housing, Education, Retail, and other Commercial Interiors.Strong design and technical background.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Flexible and adaptable in handling multiple projects and deadlines.Proficient in Revit, Bluebeam, Adobe Suite, MS Office, and other design software.Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications.Sustainability focused and knowledge in finish materials.Highly motivated, self-starter and a team player.Why Arrowstreet?
