Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Deck Bar Restaurant Server for the upcoming season. In this role, you will provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a memorable dining and bar experience in a vibrant outdoor setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Present menus, take orders accurately, and relay them to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring proper presentation and quality.
- Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deck area, including tables and service stations.
- Process payments and provide accurate billing to guests.
- Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings is a plus.
