Qualified individual will be a confident and experienced Veterinary Assistant. Individual must have a strong background in (or be willing to be trained in) anesthesia, dental prophylaxis and radiography, pharmacology, radiology, client communication, laboratory procedures, patient handling & treatments. Physical responsibilities require individual to stand on their feet for 8 hours a day, lift up to 50 pounds safely, manipulate body and extremities to restrain animals, retrieve supplies, and assist with procedures and treatments.
Position is available as full-time (five, eight-hour shifts) Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 (closed Weekends) Competitive pay from $22 to $27 depending on experience.
