The Proposal Manager performs the following duties :
- Support the proposal development process and other Growth efforts for Aleut's Mission Support and Technology Services group (M&T).
- Review RFPs to determine eligibility within Aleut's contract vehicles.
- Create compliance matrices summarizing RFP solicitations.
- Ability to lead a proposal response team in fast turnaround opportunities.
- Develop and craft persuasive, well-written narratives for technical and management content, past performance descriptions, and other proposal sections.
- Work with Capture Leads to develop themes / strength statements, discriminators, and key success factors.
- Write technical sections, including executive summaries, technical approaches, and methodologies to communicate the proposed solution effectively.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and technical teams to translate complex technical concepts into clear and understandable language for non-technical readers and evaluators.
- Conduct research and interviews to gather necessary information and technical data for proposal development.
- Integrate feedback and suggestions from multiple stakeholders.
- Review, analyze, and edit proposal content for clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP and organizational standards, and identify areas for improvement in compliance and strength.
- Provide formatting, editing, proofreading, and reviews for proposals, RFI responses, and other deliverables.
- Contribute to proposal process improvement initiatives, including style guide enhancements and knowledge management.
- Assist with other proposal / Growth (BD)-related duties as assigned.
Basic Qualifications :
Salary Range- $115K-$130K

Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
