ARS is seeking to add a detailed-oriented, Highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team!

About the Position:
We are looking for an energetic, well-rounded, and highly organized individual to fill the critical role of Operations Assistant. This position works directly with the CEO and other company leaders to help maximize productivity.
- You will play a vital role in the success of the business by supporting the CEO as the point of contact for internal & external requests, and be responsible for organizing itineraries, coordinating meetings, process invoices, and preparing presentations, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain electronic filing system for company documentation.
- You will take a lead role in internal and external communications, including the company newsletter, social media, and marketing content, managing executive correspondence, and developing presentations and official company documents.
- Maintain operational dashboards and trackers electronically including management of all daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Work closely with facility management to organize and monitor all facility licensure expirations and required trainings for each location.
- Manage and coordinate special projects, compliance matters and any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in customer service, record management, and supporting at the Executive Level
- Previous experience scheduling travel arrangements is highly desired
- Excellent judgement, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the company.
- Excellent note taking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and current technology.
- Ability to manage a project, including delegating tasks, managing multiple priorities, accomplish goals and meeting all commitments on a timely basis.
- Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
- Excellent calendar management skills, including the coordination of complex executive meetings.
- Ability to research, analyze data and problem solve effectively.
