Position Description:
The Clinical Supervisor is responsible for ensuring quality clinical services are provided to patients and their families. The Clinical Supervisor leads the counseling team and provides supervision to all counselors, counselor assistants, and interns. The Clinical Supervisor facilitates Clinical Meetings and participates in interdisciplinary team.

Essential Functions:
- Provides supervision, leadership, and clinical guidance to counseling team.
- Works closely with the Executive Director and Medical Director and counselors to ensure clients receive the highest quality care.
- Acts as a mentor and coach to help counselors develop their clinical skills.
- Works with the Director of Clinical Services to monitor the quality of clinical services and implement best clinical practices to meet the needs of the community.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in the substance abuse and mental health field
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a Psychology, Social Work, Counseling or similar mental health field
- Proficient in the use of personal computers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Successful completion of State required background check and required training.
