Responsibilities
- Manage and develop either service, installation, or sales teams, including hiring, scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Support fellow managers across HVAC Service, Install, and Sales teams.
- Drive revenue growth, achieve monthly budget goals, and manage labor/material expenses within budget.
- Resolve customer issues to ensure outstanding satisfaction.
- Oversee scheduling, materials procurement, and job assignments to optimize productivity.
- Conduct job site inspections to ensure quality workmanship.
- Provide coaching, on-the-job training, and opportunities for career development to staff.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in HVAC management (preferred).
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, gas piping, electricity, and airflow is highly desirable.
- A valid driver’s license and excellent communication skills are required.
- Ability to balance operational goals with servant leadership and a focus on team development.
