R.S. Andrews is seeking an experienced and dynamic Plumbing Service Manager to lead our residential plumbing service team in Chesapeake, VA. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing company that values its employees and provides exceptional service to customers.
Salary - Up to $120,000.00 per year.

Responsibilities
As the Plumbing Service Manager, you will oversee a team of 10-15 Residential Plumbing Technicians, driving operational excellence and ensuring outstanding customer service. You’ll coordinate all aspects of plumbing services, from scheduling and dispatch to quality assurance and technical support.
Supervise and delegate tasks to plumbing technicians, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Conduct staff meetings, manage schedules, and ensure high productivity among team members.
Coach and motivate technicians to enhance their technical skills and revenue-generating capabilities.
Oversee payroll accuracy and ensure proper technician compensation.
Provide technical support to technicians on-site and over the phone.
Audit paperwork and maintain equipment and vehicles to ensure quality standards.
Manage the dispatch process to align customer needs with technician expertise.
Resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction and maintain strong client relationships.
Assist the General Manager with data collection, reporting, and site surveys.
Qualifications
Proven experience in Residential Plumbing Management with a successful track record in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 5 years of technical plumbing experience.
Strong training, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to adapt to changing economic, financial, and market conditions.
Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue goals.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the plumbing industry (preferred).
Plumbing Licensure is highly desirable and will be compensated accordingly (preferred but not required).
