Job Responsibilities
? Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners to recommend HVAC system upgrades.
? Leverage high-quality, pre-qualified leads to maximize revenue - no cold calling!
? Educate customers on energy efficiency, heating, cooling, and air quality solutions.
? Present flexible financing options to help customers invest in their home comfort.
? Own the sales process from consultation to closing and ensure customer satisfaction.
? Collaborate with top-tier installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of in-home sales experience required (HVAC, Roofing, Solar, Windows, or similar).
- Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong ability to build trust, educate customers, and close high-ticket deals.
- Valid drivers license and ability to travel to customer homes in a company-provided vehicle.
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
