Position Summary : The Production Supervisor reports to General Manager and is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of a production team in order to achieve production targets and ensure efficient operations. Their key responsibilities include planning and organizing production schedules, ensuring compliance with quality standards and safety regulations, monitoring production processes, identifying and resolving issues, and implementing improvements. The Production Supervisor also manages and trains production staff, conducts performance evaluations, and collaborates with other departments to optimize workflow and meet customer demands.
