Account Executive
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for closing deals and managing client relationships, working closely with the Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who generate leads. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a consultative sales approach, and the ability to close deals efficiently.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage the full sales cycle, from initial discovery calls to closing deals.
· Work closely with BDRs to convert qualified leads into clients.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to drive long-term business.
· Track and manage sales activity using CRM tools to ensure accurate reporting and forecasting.
· Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience.
· Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to enhance sales effectiveness.
· Generate outbound opportunities when necessary, including cold calling and email outreach.
· Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
· Proven track record of closing deals in a sales environment.
· Experience in a consultative or solution-based sales role.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to manage multiple deals at once while maintaining attention to detail.
· Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven.
· Prior experience in BDR or SDR roles is preferred.

Pay: $75,000.00 per year
