Video Editor/Assistant Media Producer
As a Video Editor/Assistant Media Producer, you will play a key role in crafting high-quality visual content for our website, social media platforms, and podcast. You will work closely with the Media Producer to ensure our brand's storytelling is engaging, professional, and aligned with our creative vision. This role requires a strong background in video editing, color grading, and audio design, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Edit and produce high-quality video content for our website, social media, and Arsenal BG Podcast.
· Assist in filming and post-production of staff introduction videos, client success stories, and testimonials.
· Perform color grading and camera color matching to maintain visual consistency across all media.
· Enhance videos with audio design, including mixing, mastering, and syncing audio.
· Optimize video content for multiple platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and the company website.
· Manage and organize media assets to maintain an efficient workflow.
· Stay up-to-date with the latest video editing trends, tools, and best practices.
· Collaborate with the Media Producer to execute creative projects and campaigns.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
· 3-5 years of professional video editing experience.
· Ability to travel to satellite offices and events when needed.
· Proficiency in Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, and Adobe Photoshop.
· Experience with DSLR and BMPCC cameras.
· Strong skills in color grading, audio design, and camera color matching.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
· Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for storytelling.
· Strong communication and collaboration skills.
