Website Designer

The Website Designer is responsible for designing and optimizing websites, developing SEO strategies, and managing social media content for various clients. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a strong understanding of website design, user experience, and digital marketing best practices. The ideal candidate has experience with website builders like Wix, understands SEO tactics, and can create engaging content for social media marketing campaigns.

Duties and Responsibilities

· Design and redesign websites to improve user experience, branding, and overall functionality.

· Implement and optimize SEO strategies to increase search engine rankings and organic traffic.

· Develop and execute social media strategies, including content creation, posting schedules, and audience engagement.

· Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand branding, messaging, and digital marketing goals.

· Utilize website builders like Wix (or similar platforms) to build visually appealing and responsive websites.

· Create graphics, videos, and other digital content to support marketing campaigns.

· Analyze website and social media performance using analytics tools and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

· Stay up to date with digital marketing trends, SEO best practices, and social media algorithms.

· Perform other marketing-related duties as needed to support business objectives.

Qualifications and Skills

· Proven experience in website design and digital marketing.

· Proficiency in Wix (or similar website builders).

· Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page/off-page optimization.

· Knowledge of SEO analytics tools a plus.

· Experience managing and growing social media platforms for brands or businesses.

· Ability to create engaging digital content, including graphics and videos.

· Strong analytical skills to assess website performance and marketing effectiveness.

· Excellent communication and project management skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
